Retired and decided after COVID it was time to enjoy life…. Liam listened carefully to what we wanted and found our dream trailer! So excited for the summer adventure. Every member of the team from sales to service went out of their way for us - you honestly feel like they want you to have the time of your life. No high pressure or quick talking - just honesty and open to any and all questions! We will be back for winterizing and “goodies” to add to the experience. An accident put a hole in the side of the new trailer that we bought at RVs Unlimited in Kingston. With Robbs guidance, support and communication it has been repaired and is back on out lot in time to enjoy the summer. Looks great a job well done. RvsUNLIMITED are the place we decide to do business with for many good reasons after visiting 2 more places in the area of Kingston and Gananoque. They have an Incredible team and they are all very knowledgeable of their Products if they dont know the answer they will tell you and without trying to BS you and will find the answer for you. They direct you in the right direction without any pressure and try to show you what you ask for and more. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and had a lot of patients dealing with me and my wife, as we had so many questions about trailer #1 then #2 then back to 1 then the #5th one, but he always was there for us smiling and trying to help us as much as he could without any BS. At 32degree Celsius that day and about 42 degree in every trailer he was still smiling. Then we met Colin, the awsome service keept going on as good as when we met the first sale person. Colin took care of us in the finance side of the house with an ease that helps lowering my stresses and made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. The process was very easy and would always recommend them to any one interested to get an RV.

Huge selection of RV's and great prices

The Heartland Trail Runner became our final choice after considerable research on line and visiting a number of RV dealers.
We were looking for a travel trailer small enough for the two of us, for quick weekend or mid week escapes or fun and leisure camping with our family.
The staff at RV Unlimited are very helpful with expert RV resource people on hand to unsure our vehicle was fitted with the proper towing package.
We just returned from our first outing with the Trail Runner and thoroughly enjoyed all of it's comforts and features.
